1 slice of Abinda seitan
4 tsp. ready-made pesto
1 large sheet of phyllo dough or 4 small sheets

Cut the seitan into eight small squares. On 4 of the squares, place a spoon of pesto sauce and place the second square on top. Wrap each square in phyllo pastry and fry the packets golden brown in hot oil.
