All our products are the result of ecologically sound, natural ingredients. We also want to give our products a local character. This is why we opt as far as possible to work with organic raw materials cultivated locally. We give a great deal of thought to our choice of supplier, investing considerable attention in each individual product.
We also want to assume our responsibility on a social level. Our ecologically sound business policies allow us to deal conscientiously and sensibly with energy, water consumption, transport and other factors. For example, we keep our ecological footprint as small as possible, for example by working with glass packaging and investing in 300 solar panels. In 1988, it all began in a small dollhouse in Bruges. John and Kris were on the threshold of creating Abinda. After a successful start, there was a significant need for large workspace. A long search for a new location eventually brought us to Oostkamp. A good concept, an excellent team and quality products offered us many perspectives. Abinda now employs 17 people, and the number of recipes has increased to 30.
