- 1 package Abinda seitan
- Real coffee or grain coffee
- Scoop of ice cream
- Broken walnuts
- Take one small seitan slice and press as much moisture out of it as possible. Marinate the seitan slice for 15 minutes in some amaretto. Dip two slices of gingerbread in some coffee (real coffee or grain coffee). Place the seitan slice between the gingerbread slices and place this under a grill until it has a crispy crust.
- Serve with a scoop of ice cream and, if desired, sprinkle with some broken walnuts.
