We make a variety of salads based on seitan, tofu and vegetables. They are completely vegetable, prepared with a dressing and delicious.


Tofu* (31%) (water, soybeans*, vegetarian rennet), sunflower oil*, sauerkraut*, carrot*, water, wheat syrup* (gluten <20ppm), soy milk, soy fibre*, vegetable stock* (celery), mustard*, vinegar*, corn starch*, sea salt, carob*.

May contain traces of eggs, milk, nuts, sesame and lupine.
