We make a variety of salads based on seitan, tofu and vegetables. They are completely vegetable, prepared with a dressing and delicious.

Mushrooms* (26%), onion*, seitan* (wheat gluten*, water, shoyu* (water, soybeans*, sea salt, wheat*)), sunflower oil*, tomato*, water, soy milk*, mustard*, vinegar, corn starch*, sea salt, vegetable stock* (celery), cayenne pepper*, carob*.

May contain traces of eggs, milk, nuts, sesame and lupine.
