We make a variety of salads based on seitan, tofu and vegetables. They are completely vegetable, prepared with a dressing and delicious.


Cauliflower* (28%), tofu* (water, soybeans*, vegetarian rennet), sunflower oil*, water, soy fibre*, pickle*, soy milk*, vegetable stock* (celery), mustard*, vinegar*, corn starch*, herbs*, sea salt, carob*.
