  • 1 jar of Abinda Curry Salad
  • 600 g diced potato
  • 1 apple
  • 2 tbsps raisins
  • Parsley, finely chopped
  • Iceberg lettuce
  • Salt and pepper

Hot potato wok with curry salad



  1. Soak the raisins, heat a little oil and fry the diced potato.
  2. After 8 minutes add the diced apple and raisins, followed by the parsley.
  3. Add the curry salad for flavour and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve on a bed of iceberg lettuce leaves in a large dish.
