  • 1 package of Abinda seitan mignon
  • Tomatoes
  • Rice
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • Ginger or curry
  • Parsley
  • Tamari
  • Paprika
  • Salt
  • Sunflower or olive oil

Stuffed tomatoes with seitan mignon



  1. Cut the seitan mignon into small pieces and fry in a little oil. 
  2. Mix it with the cooked rice.
  3. Add a pinch of ginger or curry and a chopped onion.
  4. Season with parsley, tamari, paprika and nutmeg.
  5. Fill the tomatoes with this mixture.
  6. Put them in an ovenproof dish and sprinkle with a little sunflower or olive oil.
  7. Place the dish 40 minutes covered in a preheated oven.
