- Wholegrain pasta
- 1 small packet of Abinda Seitan Mignon Pané
Seitan mignon pané with wholegrain pasta
- Chop the celery, carrot, tomato, onion and celeriac into small cubes and fry in olive oil until brown. Season with rosemary.
- Make a spicy tomato sauce.
- Cook the wholegrain pasta and mix in the fried vegetables. Top with a little sauce.
- Seitan mignon pané: squeeze out with a ring shape and fry in oil.
