  • 1 slice of Abinda seitan mignon
  • Sunflower oil
  • 1 courgette (cubed)
  • 1 yellow pepper (cubed)
  • 1 red pepper (cubed)
  • 2 shallots (roughly chopped)
  • Green beans
  • Salt and pepper

Seitan mignon on the barbecue



  1. Rub sunflower oil over the seitan mignon.
  2. Grill the seitan for a few minutes on the BBQ.
  3. Season the vegetables with salt, pepper and Italian herbs and cook them in a pan on the BBQ.

Tip: delicious with bulgur salad.
