- 6 ripe peaches
- 4 Abinda hazelnut burgers
- 100 g hazelnuts (roughly chopped)
- 1/2 tbsp fresh thyme
- 1/2 lemon squeezed
- Olive oil with garlic flavour
- Coarsely ground black pepper
Hazelnut burger with grilled peaches with hazelnuts
- Preheat the grill. In an oven dish lay pieces of peach, roughly chopped hazelnuts, thyme and lemon peel and mix everything together well.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and season liberally with salt and black pepper.
- Place the burgers under the grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning regularly.
- Serve the burgers with the peach mixture.
