  • 2 small packets of Abinda Falafel
  • Vegetable cooking oil
  • 1 avocado (about 250 g)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 150 g Abinda mayonnaise
  • ½ onion, roughly chopped
  • 1 tomato, roughly chopped
  • 8 lettuce leaves, shredded
  • 4 large flat breads

Falafel salad wraps



  1. Heat the oil in a cooking pan and fry the falafels until brown all over. Place on kitchen paper to dry.
  2. Mash the avocado in a small bowl with the lemon juice and mayonnaise. Add the onion and tomato and mix thoroughly.
  3. Divide the salad and avocado over the flat breads and place the falafels on top. Wrap the fillings in the flat breads.
