  • 1 piece of Abinda Seitan
  • Soy sauce
  • Egg
  • Breadcrumbs or crumb coating
  • Paprika powder
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil

Seitan soup croutons



  • Marinate a piece of seitan in soy sauce. Cut the seitan into 1 or 2 cm cubes.
  • Dip the pieces in beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs or a crumb coating. Sprinkle with paprika powder and add pepper to taste. Fry until crisp in a little olive oil.
  • Toss the crunchy pieces into a soup.
